The Aero Saf-T-Block is designed to let you drill split pin holes in bolts on centre at the thread end without damage to the bolt or drill. Just thread the bolt to the required depth and drill through the pilot hole, creates a perfect hole every time. Accepts sizes 8-32, 10-32, 1/4x20, 1/4x28 and 5/16x24.
The Saf-T-Block jig enables you to safely drill locking wire holes through the heads of bolts or through nuts across the diagonal. Accepts up to 3/4” diameter nuts and bolts. Easy to use, just place the bolt or nut into the ‘V’ groove, tighten the holding screw, drill and de-burr.
