LPS Tapmatic Dual Action #1 Gold Cutting Fluid simultaneously protects and lubricates to reduce friction and eliminate chip welding in tapping, drilling, reaming and threading. #1 Gold contains EP additives to provide extra performance for increasing tool life and improving surface finish. It does not contain 1,1,1 trichloroethanes, CFC’s, chlorinated paraffins, water, solvents or inactive fillers. #1 Gold is safe to use on all metals including aluminium.
With every 500 ml can of LPS Tapmatic Dual Action #1 Gold comes a 10 cm long Fluid Miser Spout which permits pinpoint application, prevents excessive usage and keeps an operators hand away from cutting tools.
