Micromesh scratch remover for Perspex and Plexiglass is a series of eight cloth backed, colour coded, cushioned abrasives. The floating suspension built into Micromesh makes it invaluable for fine finishing and polishing on even the most delicate materials. Scratches, fogging and discolouration can be removed with ease. It can be used on airstream erosion and pits. Even light surface crazing on acrylic wingtip panels, windows and landing light protective lenses can be easily removed with a series of coarse sandpapers such as 400 and 600. Micromesh can be used either wet or dry and while panels are still installed on the aircraft, thus effecting a tremendous saving in time.
