Part numbers AS1876 to AS1879 inclusive are ordinary single flange piano hinges which could in theory (if not in practice) come apart, therefore these should not be used for control surfaces. AS1880 and AS1881 have folded over double flanges which would not pull apart. MS20001-4 hinge is extruded, it is used on the Islander for trim tab hinges and on homebuilds is often used on other control surfaces.
