Before any paint is removed from it’s original container it must be stirred thoroughly so that any pigment which may have settled on the bottom is brought into suspension again and distributed evenly throughout the paint. The longer a paint is in store the greater will be the amount of stirring necessary to accomplish this. We find that many of the etch and epoxy primers, even those of new manufacture, require “a good stir”. You may find it easier to use our 24” power paint mixer which can be fitted to any suitable electric drill with a 10mm or larger chuck.
