LAS Aerospace (formerly Light Aero Spares Ltd) is a privately owned business that was originally founded by owner Stephen Saywell in 1982 and has been at the forefront of supporting the Sport and General Aviation market since then. Stephen still remains Chairman, with the day to day running of the Company being overseen by Scott Powell in the role of Chief Executive, backed by a team of 20 sales and warehouse staff.

Today, the company is expanding into the commercial aviation arena, specialising in consumables and rotables for the British Aerospace ATP, 146 / RJ and ATR.

Products

LAS Aerospace has one of the largest stocks of British and American specification hardware in Europe, all available for next day delivery. In addition we have distributorships for Aircraft Tool Supply, LP Aero Plastics, Falcon Gauge, Ceconite / Randolph and Shield Technology.

We are the UK and European distributor for Aircraft Spruce and Speciality, whom we have been doing business with for over 25 years. Whilst we have always kept a selection of their products in stock, European customers can now benefit from (nearly) the entire Aircraft Spruce product range, all of which can be ordered through this website. We have shipments leaving the USA daily, meaning most products are delivered to you in under a week.

In total we carry over 100,000 different parts in stock, all of which are listed on this website with live pricing and stock availability.
