Flap Track Wear Gauge for Cessna Aircraft

Quick and accurate!
Use to determine if a Cessna flap track is worn beyond service limits.

Run the gauge plug along each slot in each flap track while verifying that the gauge will not enter the slot. Reposition the fl aps as required to gauge the entire length of each slot.

If the gauge enters a slot at any point the track is worn beyond service limits.

Periodically verify the gauge diameter by measuring the gauge diameter with a calibrated micrometer.

This gauge will work for all single engine Cessna aircraft except 140A, 170A, 195, and 208 series.
