McFarlane Aviation has created a new, patented solution for replacing Citation pilot and co-pilot seat rails.

Save time, money, and avoid risk of damage to the primary aircraft structure. With our extensive experience with Cessna seat rails, and input from experienced Citation mechanics, McFarlane developed the MCSK101 repair kit as an alternative to the Cessna "cut and splice" repair for Citation seat rail replacement. This new solution is less intrusive to the original floor structure and avoids risk of damage to the aircraft structure. The patented repair technique is much easier than the Cessna repair and can be completed in half of the time, saving thousands in labour. No Cessna splice kit is needed and the McFarlane repair is stronger than either the original or the Cessna repair. After installing McFarlane's MCSK101, future replacements are easy; just unbolt the old seat rail, duplicate the hole pattern, and bolt on the new rail. Complete, easy to follow installation instructions are included.
